The Calathea Maranta is also known as the Herringbone plant and features spectacular variegated leaves that branch out in a herringbone pattern. It’s dark green leaves have an eye-catching red underside that makes the plant even more fabulous.

Often referred to as Prayer Plants, similar to their closely related cousins, Calathea Maranta is a fabulous trailing plant, perfect for hanging baskets and bookshelves. You may notice it’s leaves open in daylight and close upwards at night almost as if in prayer.

This plant also has air-purifying qualities and is able to remove harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins from your home and office.
